If you do not agree, you may not purchase, download, install or use the software.<\/p>\n<h2>What you buy<\/h2><ul><li>LiveTraker is digital downloadable software; nothing is shipped.<\/li><li>The software is owned and sold by BizRound LLC.<\/li><li>The software is sold in two versions, PRO and REMOTE. Both include two licenses for the same operating system, and the rules on this page apply to both. An additional license (for owners of a full license) can be bought for another computer, also on a different operating system.<\/li><li>The license never expires. Support and updates are included for 12 months from purchase and can be renewed every year; one renewal covers all licenses of the account.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2>One license, one computer<\/h2><ul><li>Each license is valid for one computer and one operating system. Install it on the computer&#8217;s internal disk: external drives, USB drives and SD cards are not allowed.<\/li><li>You may transfer a license to another computer one time, on your own. After that, no further transfers are possible.<\/li><li>The license cannot be shared, resold or used on more computers than purchased.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2>Demo<\/h2><p>The free demo has no expiration and the same features as the full version, limited to 5 songs and 15 minutes of audio, with a DEMO label. It is provided to test the software before buying.<\/p>\n<h2>No refunds<\/h2><p>Because the demo lets you test the software before buying, there are no refunds after the license is issued.<\/p>\n<h2>Support and updates<\/h2><ul><li>With active support you can download updates and open tickets from your Customer area.<\/li><li>Without active support the software keeps working. You can download again the version available on the date of your order and reactivate it, but not newer updates, and you cannot open tickets; the public community forum remains available.<\/li><li>If a payment is disputed (for example with PayPal), updates and support are blocked. The software already activated keeps working.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2>Use on stage<\/h2><p>For live use, connect the notebook only to the stage network (router, even without internet) and disconnect every other network and sync service such as cloud storage and system updates. This is a rule to follow, not a restriction built into the software.<\/p>\n<h2>Warranty and liability<\/h2><p>The software is provided \u201cas is\u201d. Video and audio codecs, drivers and hardware are managed by your operating system and devices, not by LiveTraker. We are not liable for losses arising from the use of the software, to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n<h2>Contact<\/h2><p>Customers with active support: open a ticket from the Customer area.
