We offer support exclusively by ticket at our centralized helpdesk

tickets are replied from Monday to Saturday Morning, in working office hours.

Ticket opened Saturday afternoon and Monday will be checked in Monday, in chronological arrival order

Premium Support receive replies usually in 4hrs timeframe, Standard Support from 8 to 24 hrs.

These are just reference data, we try do support customer in much less time, just we cannot ensure an accurate timing, that depend on how much resources we have to assist customer at that time.
