Livetraker 5 is coming…

We are well behind schedule compared to expectations — we know it, and we apologize.

But this doesn’t mean we haven’t been working hard behind the scenes to improve our product, carefully listening to the many — in fact, countless — pieces of advice and suggestions we’ve received from our valued customers.

So now begins a new journey, one that will bring not only changes to certain features, but also a gradual redesign of the overall interface. While preserving the simplicity and immediacy that made us a winning product, this restyling will help optimize workflow, usability, visibility, and much more…

The image above shows a working screen with the first updates, which mainly involve the repositioning of some buttons, changes in the color scheme of individual tracks, a different arrangement of certain controls, and the new layout of the internal video screen, which now works similarly to the three external ones.

From a functional standpoint, there are also other changes that will be detailed upon the first release of the new version. These changes aim to improve the system’s interoperability rather than add new features.

For example, the mixer section is no longer displayed by default on all pages, as many users told us they don’t use it regularly — and those who do usually set it up during the initial configuration and rarely need to access it continuously.

This is just a small example, but we wanted to share it because it shows how much user feedback matters to us: our work heavily relies on it.

Just a little more patience, and we’ll reveal everything.
